German Speaking Commission Support Specialist

Your role in a nutshell: Owning the day to day incident and problem management processes for commissioning, ensuring that all incidents and problems are acknowledged and using escalation management regarding to manage resolutions to SLA targets are some of the main goals of that role.

• Providing 1st Line Support, supporting sales representatives from Germany in case of complaints regarding commission payments
• Responsible for checking, validation and release of commission payments
• Investigating and resolving problems, handling incidents, monitoring performance and increasing transparency for commission services
• Working closely with the 2nd and 3rd Level teams in VSS Budapest and the 3rd Level team located in Germany, in order to provide an outstanding managed service to the customer
• Dealing with a high volume of e-mails and some calls to be able to provide a high level of support and ensure complete details of customer interactions leading to commission payments

 

What you will bring to the team:
• 1-2 years of experience in TelCo industry, IT solutions or CRM systems is a huge advantage
• Excellent German and intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
• A good command of Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal and assertive communication skills with the ability to interact with staff effectively at all levels
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
