German Speaking Commission Support Specialist - Maternity cover

Why you will love your job:
• Providing 1st Line Support, supporting sales representatives from Germany in case of complaints regarding commission payments
• Responsible for checking, validation and release of commission payments
• Investigating and resolving problems, handling incidents, monitoring performance and increasing transparency for commission services
• Working closely with the 2nd and 3rd Level teams in VSS Budapest and the 3rd Level team located in Germany, in order to provide an outstanding managed service to the customer
• Dealing with a high volume of e-mails and some calls to be able to provide a high level of support and ensuring complete details of customer interactions leading to commission payments

What you will bring to the team:
• 1-2 years of experience in support related functions, preferably  in a multinational environment
• Excellent German and intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
• A good command of Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal and assertive communication skills with the ability to interact with staff effectively at all levels
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
