Fraud Management and Investigations Manager
Your role in a nutshell:
The incumbent is a critical member of the _VOIS security organisation and will be accountable for ensuring in creating and driving the following key agenda within the _VOIS organisation. Driving overall framework for Fraud Management and Investigations including data loss prevention and driving global _VOIS governance. Managing Critical Investigations (CAT A and CAT B) and including Senior Leadership. Conducting Fraud Risk Assessments on a yearly basis across all _VOIS locations, and Assist the Head of Corporate Security and be responsible for executing and providing input for shaping and driving strategy, transformation and performance of Corporate Security function at _VOIS.

- Inputs to Enterprise Risk and other Risk functions such as InfoSec, Privacy etc.
- Monitoring and Implementation of _VOIS specific procedures, exceptions to group and _VOIS policies, risk control matrix etc., through location heads of Corp Sec across _VOIS Locations.
- Ensuring the organization has a robust Fraud Strategy and Framework.
- Managing Speak-ups across _VOIS and coordinating with Group and Local Triage teams.
What you will bring to the team:
- Fraud Risk Operations /Telecom/ IT Service Delivery/ ITES experience
- Investigations Experience in large scale organizations/ Physical Security benchmark/ Strategy/ Technology awareness
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree from an accredited university
- Preferably a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) certification
- A Certification and/ or working knowledge of PEACE/ Reid/ Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques
- 5 or more years of experience managing investigations, preferably in a Telecom/ IT/ITeS organization. Exposure to telecom is desirable not mandatory.
