You will be involved in the following tasks

Enterprise project management

  • Program, promotion & project management in order to successfully launch Enterprise promotions
  • Drive assigned enterprise projects and ensure that they are delivered in proper quality and within the set timeframe
  • Gather necessary information and align with all affected org units
  • Coordinate implementation and help take to market activities
  • Gather and filter internal and external info and share across relevant units
  • Coordinate and foster stakeholder execution, escalate if necessary
  • Feed info back to VBU management and group
  • As a SPOC represent VBU organization in company-wide projects.

Enterprise process expertise

  • VBU representation in company wide projects
  • Prepare the processes for the build/run phase both for own product selling model, including:
    • Sales processes for different channels
    • Activation process
    • RUN processes
  • Participates in the definition, designing and testing of system functional capabilities and works with the IT team to implement the necessary systems in the sales and customer care channels
  • Understanding of business need, operational requirements and technical solutions
  • Contributes to timely and quality delivery of the workstream’s KPI’s and deliverables
  • Contributes to decision preparation
  • Regular alignment with other dependent workstreams and key business stakeholders
  • Takes active part in business readiness activities such as product simplification, business operating model simplification, change impact analysis, business continuity planning and business cutover activities
  • Continuous alignment with all departments and teams involved in the E2E Enterprise Sales and In-Life Processes (e.g. Enterprise Front Office, Enterprise Back Office, Billing Team, Helpline, Collection, 1SF LBS Team). 

We are looking for you if you have

  • University / college degree in Economics / Business / Marketing or related field
  • Online sales and marketing experience in a multinational environment
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills both in English and in Hungarian
  • Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
  • Self starter with high professional standards
  • Proactively seeking new information, eager to learn
  • Able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
  • Understands technical terms and can handle technology related issues
