Enterprise Platform Manager 
for our Vodafone Business Unit

Your place in the team
The Enterprise Platform Manager has an end-to-end responsibility for the digital platforms and platform products, esp. developments, onboardings, lifecycle management, phase-outs, which helps to meet our purpose in digitalization and strengthen our position.

 

 

You will be involved in the following tasks

Platform management
•    Lead product knowledge and training through the entire organisation to ensure all customer facing staff are fully trained to accurately explain product features and benefits.
•    Proactively engage with segment teams to contribute to segment targets and direction.
•    Support the Sales and Service teams as requested on product related issues such as customer events, customer complaint resolution and suggested product improvements.
•    Handle Platform related daily administration tasks
•    Coordinate and support Platform upgrades to ensure long-term platform sustainability
•    Pre-Sales support for Business Sales channels

 

Market Analysis
•    Monitor market, competitor and customer analysis related to the relevant product.  
•    Identify the relevant customer needs and wants.  Initiate communication of products that are compelling to the target markets to ensure strong demand.

Portfolio management
•    Input to developing and implementing product portfolio aligned with the Group strategy, Cloud&Hosting Product manager’s direction and with the segments’ needs
•    Onboard new products to the platform with all legal, technical and business aspects
•    Phase out platform products if needed with all legal, technical and business apects
•    Report the profitability and penetration performance of the product portfolio
•    Track progress of all operative activities
•    Ensure projects are managed in time and on budget


Forecasts and Performance
•    Meet product revenue and market share goals.
•    Provide reliable revenue forecasting and analysis for the relevant product(s) on a monthly basis and in line with commercial calendar
•    Provide detailed product reporting to monitor performance and conduct reviews to identify product improvements.

 

Product Lifecycle Management
•    Closely track related activities of the competitors and the industry trends. Trigger actions and respond to the changes in the competitive environment
•    Input innovative ideas and customer insights about new products to respected parts of organization
•    Follow quality and user experience of the proposition and drive improvement if necessary
•    Supervise and manage the product lifecycle management activities 
•    Report KPIs
•    Phase out unprofitable and end-of-lifecycle products

 

Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction
•    Ensure product(s) deliver most recommended customer experience.
•    Establish product quality measurements and report to key stakeholders.
•    Ensure fast product complaint resolution processes and procedures.
•    Lead incremental and developmental change

 

Cross functional teamwork
•    Support the sales team regarding Vodafone Business services (organize trainings, support in tenders, etc.)
•    Align with other organization (particularly in the sales and customer service functions) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business units.

Global and External partners
•    Establish strong relationships with equivalent platform manager roles in Group and other OpCos & utilise learnings to improve local performance.
•    Be an active member of the global product marketing community
•    Develop and manage partners as required and maintain close liaison and utilize opportunities for joint promotion.
•    Manage relationships mostly with global customers / suppliers / third parties through day-to-day contact, handling complex procedures
•    Establish appropriate and commercially successful relationships between Vodafone customers & suppliers
•    Perform regular customer visits in order to gather feedback regards customer experience, Vodafone services and customers’ future expectations on services

 

 

We are looking for you if you have
•    Advanced Product experience (2+ years) in the telecommunications/IT/ISP industry, Cloud business preferred
•    Sound working knowledge of hosting/internet/mobile solutions markets.
•    Broad understanding of cloud technology, especially SaaS
•    A successful track record in product marketing and management.
•    Experience in the development of business cases, product and marketing plans, proposals and solution packaging.
•    Experience in working with a consumer and enterprise sales force/sales channels and corporate clients.
•    Advanced level English
