Ethical Hacking Advisor


Your role in a nutshell:
Operate security service for ethical hacking and penetration testing. To execute security assessments and penetration tests on technical devices and systems of the company to highlight risks to business. To create detailed reports and hand them over for solution. To proactively discover vulnerabilities. To be involved in the fulfilment of a variety of technical activities from test scoping, shadowing our experienced penetration testers and, following training, undertaking enterprise penetration testing.

What you will love in your role:

  • Responsible for undertaking testing activities in line with the Vodafone Security Testing Code of Conduct
  • Shared responsibility for throughput, quality and timeliness of the delivery of testing team outputs
  • Responsible and Accountable for engaging and completing the penetration testing training and certification programme 

What will you bring to the team:

  • Experience in ethical hacking/ penetration testing/ vulnerability assessment
  • Experience in application, network/ infrastructure, smartphone/ tablet, customer-premises equipment security and testing
  • Experience in compiling penetration testing portfolio/ images/ test environments
  • Requires good communication and skills to exchange technical information in relation to penetration testing to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Willingness to continue development, knowledge-share with the team and take part in industry events and training courses
