We are looking for a
Digital analytics & CRO Chapter Lead 
for our  Consumer Business Unit

Your place in the team

Own, lead, and drive digital analytics & CRO experts/specialists sitting in the chapter or across squad/scrums. Create, lead, manage, and mentor a practice of these experts/specialists ensuring the development and maintenance of highly skilled and motivated chapter members.

You will be involved in the following tasks

•    End 2 end responsibility of managing digital analytics & CRO related tasks:
•    Provide insights for digital sales & selfcare business teams based on digital & offline data sources
•    Design, develop and improve attribution models used for online communication and online sales
•    Create digital marketing technology stack strategy aligned with Vodafone Group initiatives (technology partners, offline-online data & stack integrations both technical & business perspective)
•    Key point of contact towards technology (IT, big data etc) teams regarding digital marketing tech stack
•    Resource planning of digital analytics & CRO operations
•    Drive webshop & selfcare conversion rate optimisation
•    Ensure the implementation of data driven digital marketing & ecommerce best practices company-wide
•    Drive data driven thinking company-wide
•    Manage, motivate and develop a team of professionals in chapter, ensure people have clear priorities and direction.
•    Influence, develop and motivate people and change behaviour. Inspire and create the right working climate.
•    Define the professional standards/work methodology in the chapter. Act with combination of applied and theoretical knowledge of concepts and principles within a specialised field.
•    Develop the abilities and skills of the members of the chapter, increasing their productivity in the delivery of value for clients.
•    Define processes of interaction and transfer of knowledge among the members of the chapter. Professionally support the members of the chapter.
•    Participate as an expert, solving complex problems related to his/her expertise in and ad-hoc basis with other teams of the tribe. Within diversified company procedures and standards and partly defined instructions analyse and interpret differing situations in order to develop methods, new procedures and approaches to solve problems. Improve existing procedures.
•    Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.

We are looking for you if you have

•    8+ years of experience in digital analytics & marketing
•    Relevant team management experience in digital analytics & marketing
•    Advanced understanding of digital marketing technologies both from business and technology point of view
•    Experience essential with enterprise-level accounts and senior stakeholder reporting
•    Ability to prioritize between options based on business impact
•    MS Office: advanced
•    English: advanced
•    Knowledge of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends
•    Knowledge of Agile ceremonies, tools, and artefacts e.g. retrospectives, demos, increment planning, information radiators
