Digital Web Analyst


Your role in a nutshell: 
The Digital Web Analyst will be responsible for creating web reports and dashboards for a global website, analyzing results and providing insights to content teams. The new Digital Analyst will have to make suggestions on how to improve analytics capabilities and work closely together with the web developer team to action these changes. The role acts as a SPOC for internal and external stakeholders for analytics related questions and has a consultancy role to advise on KPIs to be measured on future projects.

Why you will love your job:
•    Analysing monthly web reports and raise outstanding performance issues, investigate root causes
•    Create ad-hoc web reports, analyse results and provide insights to requestors
•    Act as a SPOC for internal and external stakeholders regarding web analytics related questions
•    Advise on the implementation of missing KPIs, work together with developer team on defining requirements
•    Conduct frequent sanity checks on existing metrics
•    Create and update documentation and knowledge base
•    Use different analytics tools to provide wide-scale reporting about the website (heat maps, SEO tools)
•    Work together with the Insight team on channeling web reports into a larger marketing dashboard


What you will bring to the team:
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken
•    Good understanding of website analytics
•    Good understanding of Adobe Analytics, previous experience with Google Analytics is an advantage
•    Experience with heatmap analytic tools
•    Experience in tag managers (eg. Google or Tealium) is an advantage
•    Analytical mindset
•    Understanding of web KPIs
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
