Your place in the team
The main responsibility of the role is to improve ecommerce performance by creating digital only promotions and delivering campaigns/promotions/projects briefed by CBU/EBU teams (segment, CVM, brand, SOHO etc) from a commercial point of view.
Main tasks:
•    Understand and improve digital sales performance from a commercial point of view
•    Create digital only promotions/advantages with CBU teams
•    Manage & measure digital paid campaigns through media execution teams
•    Analyse segment performance via digital analytics
•    Improve customer journeys onsite from a commercial point of view
•    Direct communication with CBU teams to deliver campaigns/promotions/projects

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Overview of digital & overall segment performance/campaign roadmap
•    Create and perform digital only promotions
•    Manage digital paid campaigns through media execution teams
•    Leverage various tools to define and perform onsite customer journey optimisation:
o    Adobe Analytics
o    Hotjar
o    Google Analytics
o    Webshop sales reports
•    Share digital knowledge company-wide
•    Monitor and analyze results and provide insights and action points to improve digital sales performance based on different KPIs – within digital & other CBU/EBU teams
•    Work with other team members and third parties to find innovative and new ways to improve webshop order conversion rate and digital sales

 

We are looking for you if you have
•    2+ year experience in ecommerce & digital marketing & digital analytics
•    Basic understanding of digital ad technologies (ad tracking codes, onsite personalization capabilities, digital audience management)
•    Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
•    Fluent English
•    Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
•    Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
