We are looking for a
Digital Analytics & MarTech Expert  
for our Consumer Business Unit

Your place in the team


The main responsibility of the role is to improve ecommerce performance by understanding and optimizing onsite customer journeys. This person is responsible for operating all digital analytics and data management tool to support and execute data driven decisions: Digital Analytics, Onsite personalization and A/B testing, Data Management Platform, CRO. The main goal of this role is to extract insights, improve onsite conversion rate and create better customer experience through personalised content and automatized processes.


You will be involved in the following tasks


•    Leverage various tools to define onsite optimization, personalization and analytics needs/development: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Webshop backen reports, DWH sales reports,
•    Monitor, and analyze results and provide insight on site performance based on different KPIs
•    A/B testing and optimization of onsite journeys/placements 
•    Creating deep analytic reports through click maps, heatmaps, scrollmaps, session recording etc
•    Suggest improvements to onsite journeys, personalisation possibilities
•    Work with other team members and third parties to find innovative and new ways to improve webshop order conversion rate
•    Digital reporting based on analytic tools


We are looking for you if you have


•    2+ year experience in Digital analytics  (Google Analytics or similar)
•    Good understanding of digital marketing technologies (ad tracking codes implementation, retargeting strategies, onsite personalization capabilities, digital audience management)
•    Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
•    Fluent English
•    Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
•    Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential

•    Experience with additional analytics or A/B testing tools  (Hotjar, VWO, CrazyEgg etc)
•    Understanding of tag manager tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium or similar)
•    Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
•    Experience with data management platforms
•    Experience with any deep analytics tools  (Hotjar, VWO, CrazyEgg etc)
•    Experience with any data visualization tool (Microsoft PowerBI, SAP Lumira, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc)
•    Experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook)
•    HTML skills is an advantage
