Your place in the team

 

The main responsibility of the role is to support digital innovation projects:


•    Understanding the key improvement possibilities of the digital channel
•    Managing webchat from business point of view
•    Managing email campaigns with marketing automation tool
•    Managing personalized lead forms for prospects
•    Insigths & reporting for email and webchat campaigns
•    Supporting onsite personalization campaigns


 

You will be involved in

 

•    Understand the digital strategy for innovation
•    Support innovation projects by creating business use cases
•    Understand business strategy of webchat and email marketing
•    Coordinate & optimize webchat operation to support online sales
•    Optimize the user experience of webchat by continuous pilots
•    Execution & optimization of personalized email campaigns
•    Optimize personalized lead forms
•    Make insights and reports via
o    Adobe Analytics
o    Google Analytics
•    Work closely with digital innovation specialist to support innovation projects to improve digital sales

 

We are looking for you if you


•    have an active full-time university/college student status (ideally in your last years of education)
•    speak fluent Hungarian (as it is the basic corporate language), and also fluent English
•    Passion for ecommerce & digital marketing
•    Ability to understand the business and the technical approaches as well
•    Professional curiosity and thirst for knowledge
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Strong communication skills
•    Fluent English
•    Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential

 

Optional/Desirable:


•    Experience with email marketing
•    Experience with Adobe/Google Analytics
•    Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

 

The Curiosity Internship Program is a part-time job (20 hours/week or 30 hours/week) lasting for 6 months. During the program, we guarantee exciting tasks and projects full of challenges and also a competitive salary.
