Desk Based Technical Service Management Specialist


Playing a crucial role in ensuring that assigned customers are satisfied with the services the company provides to them and taking accountability for remotely managing multiple Enterprise or Local Market customer accounts across numerous global regions and technical solutions, ensuring that contracted services are properly delivered from a technical perspective and are meeting all operational requirements during in-life support. 

Job Responsibility

•    Be accountable for overall Technical Service Operations to nominated customer/customers or technologies
•    Ensure all management KPIs are adhered to within target SLA’s
•    Diagnosing process faults within Global Operations and working with internal teams to drive continual service improvement  
•    Manage activities effectively whilst focusing on objectives and results and prioritising accordingly
•    Support Service manager and sales team in a pre-sales capacity acting as an expert on Vodafone Global Enterprise products and services
•    Make decisions within own area of competence/expertise, seeking guidance and support when necessary
•    Making sure that customer specific, ITIL aligned operational processes and procedures are implemented and followed
•    Work closely with different teams both on Client side and in Vodafone environment, in order to provide an outstanding service to our customers


What you will bring to the team:


   Strong business English knowledge
•    ITIL v4 Foundation

•    Experience in KPI Reporting
•    Excellent ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations and to understand requirements of business and customer 
•    Technical understanding
•    Excellent written and verbal communication
•    Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
