Data Governance Lead

Your role in a nutshell:
The Data Governance Lead will provide leadership and expert advice for data governance processes as part of Large NSS (Network Stock Solution) programme. This involves aligning with the Data Governance Team (DGT), to enforce the data object definitions and governance processes to support the CBM data model and end-to-end data processes in support of the scope of the Large NSS programmes.
The role requires the ability to define the data selection criteria and manage the transformation within the project scope to align with CBM data processes (includes both master and transactional data relevant to NSS programmes).  Where deviations are required for Tax, Legal or Statutory requirements these need to be formally agreed with the Data Governance and Process Governance teams and updates to the data object definition document. The role will also be required to approve any master data workaround process and these are to be captured and documented.

•    Delivery of Data Model and Governance processes within the Large NSS programmes 
•    Remain aligned with the Finance, Network, Technology, SCM and Logistics Leads along with the Data Migration team, Local Market and Process Governance teams to ensure the delivery of an integrated 100% functional solution. 
•    Responsible for approving any deviations from CBM master data processes and documenting any master data workaround processes
•    Work with business and IT experts to answer queries from other teams (e.g. on data governance aspects of delivering a deployment plan for Master Data).
•    In alignment with the data migration lead to manage business sign off of Master Data for the live environment


What you will bring to the team:
•    Must have knowledge of SAP from NSS (Network Stock Solutions) & other ERPs business process re-engineering, deep understanding of SAP warehouse stocks management processes
•    Experience in Data Governance across Finance, Supply Chain & HR systems
•    Beneficial to have knowledge of Peoplesoft, Tibco, business process re-engineering, ETL tools such as Informatica, PL/SQL
•    End to end project management & delivery expertise, including resource and capacity planning, controlling, scope management
•    Hands-on issue management, strong on admin and structured follow through
•    Excellent communicator both orally and in writing
•    Fluency in English both written and verbal –full professional proficiency
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills
