Your place in the team
As the professional and inspiring leader of the Data Business Partner team, you should ensure that the Enterprise Business Unit you are supporting is enabled with all data related tools, insights and knowledge they require. With your great team and in a strong cooperation with your stakeholders you are expected to act as a Data SPOC to your BU and answer business question with data.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks

•    act as a Data SPOC to your Business Unit (Enterprise Business Unit - which is responsible for our corporate customers)

•    manage and encourage your Data Business Partner team
•    understand the Business trends and be able to interpret what data is telling us
•    collect, prioritize and deliver BU Data related request, manage expectation in case of scarce resources
•    channel in and represent Business requirements into Data Governance (definition, processes, etc.)
•    support BU to understand internal and external trends, support decision with data and insights
•    significant contribution in planning processes
•    engage BU from operational up to Director level with professional support and transparent operation and SLAs

We are looking for you if you have
•    5+ years Data/Business Analytics and/or Data Science experience
•    Commercial skills and 3+ years’ experience (related to corporate customers, in Telco is highly preferred)
•    Professional skills in Business Analytics and very strong commercial acumen
•    Strong People Management skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
•    Fluent English in written and oral is mandatory
•    Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
•    Technical skills, experience:
o    strong experience in PL/SQL environment 
o    nice to have Python and it’s library skills (other programming language is highly preferred
o    experience with common data science toolkits and data visualisation tools
