Your place in the team

Innovation and Digital intern plays a key role in live chat and chatbot introduction at Vodafone Hungary in order to improve overall business performance and customer experience. In this role, candidate will help the Chat squad of Vodafone in various tasks and be able to learn about agile and scrum methodology.
 
Doing this through:
•    Participate in live chat and chatbot project
•    Support the Digital Transformation by helping the work of designing and implementing digital sales and customer experience chat and chatbot use cases
•    Designing conversation flows of chatbots
•    Helping the squad in planning the tasks of developers and designers, contacting the business stakeholder and gathering requirements 
•    Working strongly with the product owner of the Chat squad
•    Taking part in feature releases, helping in planning the needed resources and impact of our development
 

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    As conversational designer, plays a key role in continuously tracking and monitoring the performance of live chat and conversational flow experience
•    As part of the Chat squad, helps them in managing the product backlog and collecting requirements for new features from the stakeholders
•    Take clear and logical actions to identify issues, trends, create and implement improvement solutions
•    Create status and decision support materials for the management about the metrics of the chat and chatbot

We are looking for you if you have
•    Ongoing studies in IT / Economy

•    Strong English
•    Proactive, highly collaborative, has an „I don’t worry, I just win.” attitude
•    Nice to have

  • Experience in cross-functional digital program delivery
  • Experience in process mapping, journey design
