Country Channel Commercial Manager – SME segment

 

Your role in a nutshell:  Vodafone’s SME Cloud business is growing above the market average and we are seeking for talents to secure this growth in our country organizations. We're looking for a smart, highly collaborative and commercially innovative leader to help grow our rapidly expanding global cloud business and drive our acceleration in our local markets, ie. UK, DE, ES, IT, ZA, PT, or GR. As Country Channel Manager, you will act as senior Programme Office Manager in country, ready to present progress, results and obtain investment decisions from local managers. In this role you act as e2e business relationship manager, secure milestones and drive escalations as needed. 


 

Why you will love your job:

•    Execution cross-functional Program Management Office (PMO) function, e.g. market studies, lessons learned, stakeholder alignment, funding, ambition and target setting, channel enablement, performance reviews 
•    Develop and localize leading ICT / Cloud channel practices (Direct, Indirect, Insides Sales, Soho, Online) across Small Medium Enterprises segments. Work with local channel partners (e.g. Microsoft, Google, App Direct) and drive global agreements to local success. 
•    End-to-end interface and business relationship manager to product, platform, marketing, finance. 
•    Drive and input to industry leading channel practices with local success stories and support Vodafone to become further a globally relevant Channel SME player in cloud.  
•    Support local SaaS/IaaS Business case (top down, bottom up) and commercials 
•    In-country vendor support as needed on top management level, e.g. quarterly performance reviews
•    Support local ‘fast-track’ App Direct implementation, integration of App Direct billing platform in local systems
•    Support platform enhancement and local app management  
•    Support as needed QBR / QTR reviews and stakeholder management technology and platform
•    Securing roadmap to automated registration, provisioning and billing


 

What you will bring to the team:

•    Hands-on expertise in channel, product, marketing related issues working as Subject Matter Expert as needed with solid technical knowledge to drive SaaS and IaaS in transactional and volume markets.
•    Excellent PMO and top management communication, influencing and presentation skills to communicate concepts, localise, implement and measure performance at all levels of the organisation.
•    Min. 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS and IaaS with particular emphasis on the SME market.
•    Proven analytical skills beyond sales track records – senior management communication experience. 
•    Preferable to have technical / IT skills to drive locally stakeholders. 
•    Preferable to have Business and Finance related qualifications.
•    Fluent Albanian/Portugese is preferred
