Commercial Specialist – Senior


Why you will love your job:

• Managing bids from qualification through submission until contract signature, both from a bid management and commercial management angle
• Providing process governance and support for the account team in bid and pricing preparation
• Owning and driving the appropriate opportunity governance and manages a virtual project team from a pool of onshore and offshore resources
• Shaping the deal, including both bid and commercial strategy and leading commercial decision making in order to maximise chances of winning the business
• Creating proposals and commercial propositions for Vodafone's enterprise clients that meets and exceeds the customer's as well as Vodafone's internal business requirements
• Providing pricing activities on single country and/or global business opportunities across the sales organization for mobility and/or fixed products and/or multi-tower bids
• Ensuring alignment across a robust set of internal stakeholders behind the opportunity strategy and that bid and pre-sales commercial activities are managed in a timely manner, meeting the company's objectives and mitigating potential risks

 What you will bring to the team:


• Strong Business English language skills
• 2-4 years strategic project management experience
• Experience in commercials, bids & proposals is a must – Telecoms/System Integrator experience preferred
• Proven ability to analyse large amounts of unstructured data quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Experience in customer facing negotiations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Confident in leading and facilitating complex virtual teams, proven assertive communications skills
• Self-starter, capable of working under own initiative but within structured framework
• Change/ problem/ incident management or project coordination experience is more than welcome
