Commercial in-life Specialist - Senior 


Your role in a nutshell: 
 Supporting the commercial management of contracts for large strategic customers and managing all of the company's commercial obligations in the contract. You will build deep relationships with customers/ stakeholders and meet/ manage expectations of in-life accounts.

  • As a Trusted Business Advisor, provide complete and competitive commercial solutions, accelerates business development and helps VGE to create competitive advantage
  • Manage the definition and execution of the commercial strategy for the defined VGE strategic accounts
  • Ensure that the company is delivering on all of its obligations and delivers incremental value for these accounts
  • Manage contractual commercial obligations for large accounts
  • Identify business transformation projects and support their execution, identifying risks and proactively working with business owners to resolve them and to diagnose and remediate execution gaps
  • Manage sensitive customer communication cases
  • Identify process improvement areas and run improvement projects in a global environment


What you will bring to the team:

•    Commercial delivery subject matter expertise
•    Data analysis experience

•    Experience in customer facing negotiations
•    Change/ problem/ incident management or project coordination experience is a huge advantage
•    Knowledge of change management process
•    Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills; Access knowledge is an advantage
•    Fluency in English
