 Commercial Finance Manager

 

Your role in a nutshell: 
Support and provide finance leadership for _VOIS location expansion strategy in Europe zone and act as lead finance business controller directly managing landlord functions finance business partnering as well as steering overall finance business partnering (FBP) agenda in Europe itself in coordination with global community. Drive commercial model from finance perspective.

•    Support _VOIS Strategy location strategy, own the feasibility analysis for potential new locations end to end. Provide value added output and steer finance agenda in coordination with Global FBP community (_VOIS Customer Care, Corporate Functions, Business service lines FBPs).
•    Ensure necessary savings for all new initiatives are properly controlled and reported
•    Support stream-lining of reporting activities that influence performance follow-up ,for _VOIS Europe locations (Hungary, Romania, Albania) in collaboration with _VOIS Europe FP&A team
•    Coordinate Recharge Transparency project, support Finance community and help automation of reports. Support local markets for recharge transparency related topics and help evolve Digital Marketplace for relevant functionalities
•    Support new commercial charging models , and proper allocation methods together with wider Finance community of _VOIS
•    Provide guidance and leadership for local FBP community
•    Translate performance reporting requirements and collaborate with local and global FBP community
•    Lead Landlord functions finance business partnering for the centre 

 

What you will bring to the team:
•    Fluent, near-native business English language skills – written and verbal
•    Graduate qualified with 8+ years of experience gained in large, multinational organization (preferably in services industry)
•    3+ years of experience within people management 
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior managers
•    Solid understanding of feasibility, cash flows, budget/control and strategic finance
•    Excellent controlling and analytical skills
•    Certified accountant or equivalent international qualification is an advantage
•    Strong computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel, SAP Finance, SAP Spend tool, Hyperion, OHP)
•    SOX, IFRS knowledge
•    Solid planning/budgeting & finance, controlling knowledge and experience
•    End-to-end knowledge of the Finance and Reporting function
•    Customer obsessed, proactive
•    Leader in the matrix, comfortable to operate with non-standard organization setup
•    Able to operate with finance professionals from different locations and background
