We are looking for a
Business Technology Demand & Order Desk Expert
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
E2E responsibility for fixed, IoT and mobile solutions in design phase, contract and order validation, manage external partners on project basis.


You will be involved in the following tasks
Pre-sales support:
•    E2E responsibility for standard design flows (fixed, mobile and IoT), preparing technical inputs for cost and time estimation by understanding the sales needs and gathering all the mandatory information from the AM/CCS/Support/Customer
•    Compile the cost estimation with the involvement of co-departments if necessary
•    Sales support on customer facing meetings during the presales phase
•    Manage the priorities of the surveys
•    Managing external partners (Vendors, 3rd parties) during the design phase, regular status meetings with subcontractors
•    Customer set-up in tools, placing orders, handling fiscal activities
•    Monitoring all ongoing estimations and their deadlines, escalate to project managers/Team Leader if SLA might be breached. Special focus on big tenders and projects
•    Responsible for channeling all the estimation requests into the official VBTS workflow
•    Interpretation of tender documents and RFx
•    Supporting new build and wholesales processes


•    Contract and order validation, supporting customers with administrative tasks
•    Process related backoffice support
•    Keeping project related administration up-to-date during the whole lifecycle
•    Participation in process improvements
•    Data filtering from internal reports and manage/control the internal process delays
•    C2 General
•    Preparing necessary SLA reports, decision materials
•    Internal trainings for Sales

We are looking for you if you have
•    Minimum 2 years project management experience in technical projects
•    2 years of experience in customer care/call center roles
•    Basic verbal and written English knowledge
•    Business relationship management skills, experience is effectively dealing with different
•    stakeholders
•    Good presentation, written and verbal communications skills
•    Assertive personality, good communication skills
•    Able to work independently and in groups
•    Highly motivated, customer focused individual
•    Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
