Business Partner - Data & Analytics

Your role in a nutshell:

  • The Planning Solutions team is primarily responsible for the maintenance and development of financial planning solutions across the Group functions and Local markets. The Integrated Planning suite currently contains a variety of Cloud integrated planning applications including Rolling Forecast, Group Planning, Opex & Capex modules and Budget Transfer and additional Cloud based  Planning solutions such as IRIS, GSF and GT Cloud
  • The purpose for Financial Planning Business Partner role, is to support and maintain the various  applications and ensure that users in Group functions and local markets are fully prepared and  supported in their planning needs in respect of Rolling Forecast, 5+7 and 9+15 processes. 
  • In addition, the role will manage the definition & delivery of enhanced functionality and new  requirements, identified by users for existing applications, via change requests.

 

What you will love in your role:

  • Act as the prime Point of Contact between the Transformation Project team and a selection of Group function and local market users throughout the key planning processes (5+7 and 9+15 submissions)
  • Problem solving and management of user issues, risks and dependencies in relation to application and processes.
  • Provide support and training for users, helping to overcome barriers and developing on-site resources to encourage selfsufficiency
  • Provide support for data loads, metadata updates and data restatement processes
  • Manage user access requests and security profile configuration for the applications
  • Lead the development, delivery, training and support of new functionality ensuring alignment and compliance to programme guidelines, principles and objectives.
  • Co-ordinate and manage successful completion of UAT activities for change requests with Group Functions and local Markets 

 

What will you bring to the team:

  • 5-8 years of experience in related fields
  • University / College degree in Finance / Economics / Business Data Analysis
  • Strong Business Partnering skills.
  • Business planning and financial systems experience
  • Relevant Systems and Data Model knowledge and experience is an advantage:
    • Oracle Hyperion Planning (OHP);
    • SAP EVO;
    • HFM Group Reporting tool;
  • Project management experience, preferred.
  • Change management experience, preferred.
