Your place in the team
Guides VBTS(Vodafone Business Technology Solutions) department in improving processes, services and solutions along business needs.
Identifies, analyses and drives consolidation initiatives that result in significant reductions in manual and parallel work by creating and supporting efficient solutions. Ownership of business and process workflow systems and management of their lifecycles.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Identify and analyse digitalization and automation requirements from different VBTS functions
•    Collect business goals and agree on the deliverable benefits of the requirements in order to provide best concept and solution for a requirement
•    Periodically review business portfolio & perform continuous improvement activities with VBTS teams
•    Support Vodafone Group reporting requests including acceleration of data collection and presentation of material
•    Build a project measurement reporting system to help evaluating execution of plans and cost estimations in terms of asset and labour costs, operational fees etc.
•    Responsible for bridging the gap between VBTS teams and other VF departments using data to evaluate processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations 
•    Support newly acquired technology integration by mapping business and technology needs
•    General process improvement, synchronization and other job related duties or tasks related defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas

We are looking for you if you have
•    BSc. in Economics/Technology/Finance
•    At least 2 years working experience in a similar role
•    Hungarian language is a must
•    Strong verbal and written English knowledge
•    Strategic outlook, attention to details
•    Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills
•    Excellent analytical and organizational skills
•    Outstanding stakeholder management skills
•    Able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
•    Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus
•    Experience in project management is a plus
