Join our team as:
Process Improvement Specialist – HR Services
In this role you will drive the improvement and implementation of HR processes, enhancing speed and accuracy by improving efficiency, effectiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in continuous process improvement and standardization, identifying root causes of the issues and driving resolution.


What you will do:
• Coordinate improvements projects within the HR Services department by applying process improvement methodologies and toolkits
• As a process expert, take part in transformation projects of system upgrades and enhancements, playing a leading role in requirement gathering and training
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by effectively communicating and managing project risks, challenges
• Perform project and change management activities, track projects: collect project deliverables and requirements, facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions, identify resources and create a clear split of responsibilities and tasks
• Make project achievements visible, follow up progress, support decision-making through analysis and design, deliver management reports
• Review processes and process documentation: gathers issues, complaints to identify process improvement needs and process gaps, manage root cause analysis
• Act as subject matter expert for continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile) and their application for HR Services processes
• Liaise between the business units and other functions/departments including internal and external stakeholders


Join us if you have:
• 1-3+ years of functional experience gained within Shared Services, strong understanding of business processes
• Fluent confident English knowledge is a must
• Experience in continuous process improvement and/or change management, project management is an advantage
• Confident stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior leaders and management
• HR experience is an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, preferably Visio)
• High level of team work, communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills, proactive and result-oriented mindset
