Role purpose:

Responsible for managing and leading a Software Development team in the effective design, implementation and operation of Security software products and services (SecTool, OneUAM, Automation, etc.).

People Management

  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 7 to 15 security software development professionals
  • Recruit, mentor and manage an effective software development team
  • Create, update, assign relevant trainings and learning paths to team members and monitor the progress in order to ensure technical and soft-skills people development and prepare the team for new services and technologies
  • Evaluate the performance of each team member according to the Performance Dialogue guidelines, reward top performers, plan, monitor and support improvement actions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional workstreams aiming at improving retention/reward/internal training/resourcing/employer branding and CSR




  • Continuously improve ways of working through process redesign, tasks reallocation, stopping activities with no benefit;
  • Manual work reduction through RPA, bots, scripts, various standalone tools integration, etc.
  • Coordinate process, tools, KPIs standardization trough the re-use of best practices across multiple customers or practices;
  • Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate


Operational performance

  • Ensure all delivery KPIs are met; have KPIs that are relevant, trendy and in-line with the industry standards
  • working closely with Product Owners and Technical Coordinators (SecTool, OneUAM, Automation) to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development security projects from design through to release
  • Capable of understanding and contributing to the service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Working closely with Stakeholders and Technical Coordinators to produce accurate performance metrics and manage the E2E transition of new activities to Go-Live approvals and BAU
  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the projects status throughout their lifecycle
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination across on-shore and off-shore teams as part of the global Security processes


Customer Satisfaction

  • Participate in service reviews meetings and provide updates on service status
  • Contributing to service reviews by providing relevant input for proper performance indicators, highlight, lowlights, blocking points, initiatives and next steps

Define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the teams delivery and development processes.

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
  • Software development experience, extensive experience designing and writing robust software for large scale applications in a fast-changing environment with rapid release cycles;
  • Strong knowledge of Security Governance and Services, People Management and Continuous Service Improvement methodologies within corporate environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts
  • Proven track record of execution to make things happen.
  • Experience in delivering successful projects through virtual cross-functional teams as well as 3rd party contractors and external suppliers
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver services and change
  • Excellent communications skills, especially interpreting requirements
  • Ability to facilitate group sessions and model business processes (both current state and future state) to identify areas of improvement.
  • Leadership experience of project working and professional software development processes
  • The ability to influence diverse and senior stakeholders effectively
  • Takes responsibility for driving services, products and system to success
  • Recruitment, management and mentoring experience
