Your day to day:

  • Accountable  to manage the entire Lifecycle of Vodafone Networks Incident Management system based on BMC Remedy/Helix, 
  • Supports vision and strategy for Zero touch Operarsions and relevant contribution to cross domain projects and programs. 
  • Evangelist for golden rules of systemamic reuse, standard tools, always on and security by design.  
  • Relevant contribution  to cross domain projects and programs with multi-discipline and multinational character 

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Analyses and evaluates  the business requirements  in accordance with the Demand Management Process and translates into them into Solution Designs. Development of special solutions for project-specific measures. 
  • Manages the entire project lifecycle , coordinates suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process. 
  • Accountable for effective Release Management  
  • Accountable for project / program delivery in time, quality and budget. 
  • Continuous alignment of business requirements with product roadmap and effective stakeholder management 

With these skills, you are a great candidate:


  • More than 5 years working experience in project management, ideally in OSS with BMC Remedy solutions 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 
  • Agile centrifications  
  • At least 5 years professional experience  in  BMC Remedy or similar products  
  • Good knowledge of IT standards and innovative technologies, TMForum API, ai, ML  
  • Knowledge of test automation
