Your day to day:

This role is part of a centralised Service Management team within Technology _VOIS RO. The Service Compliance team is responsible for setting up and leading the overall governance for IT Business Services Compliance, initially for Platinum Application Services.

Service Compliance facilitates the three core pillars of the Compliance Framework – Compliance Review, Modification and Remediation. The team will be responsible for regular engagement with the Business areas, and Service Enablement to assess Services against compliance standards.

Daily activities:

  • Managing regular compliance reviews with the Head of IT Ops teams
  • Engaging with subject matter experts on the assessment of Services against compliance requirements
  • Organising annual reviews of Compliance and Data standards
  • Working alongside Service Enablement to ensure new services meet the required standards
  • Managing Senior Management Review Boards
  • Reporting

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience in data management, service management and ITSM practices
  • Highly organised, structured and with very strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with impact and chair meetings with large audiences
  • Ability to transpose large amount of data into comprehensive business-oriented visual information with focus on risks, actions and deadlines
  • University Diploma in a Technical or Management field (or relevant experience)
  • ITIL Foundation (certification or relevant experience)
