Role Purpose

 

To lead NSE VOIS Transformation / growth initiatives and to anchor operational governance for the entire NSE VOIS community - belonging to both NSE vertical departments and NSE VOIS Service Center, across all 3 VOIS centers (RO, EG, IN)

Main Activity

  • Lead the business transformation / growth initiatives for NSE VOIS in the 3 centers (Egypt, India and Romania).
  • Work and collaborate closely with the leaders of the centers in EG and IN (and their respective DRs) in implementation of the NSE VOIS strategic agenda, including location strategy
  • Collaborate closely with NSE VOIS BRM (Business Relationship Managers) in aligning VOIS FTEs growth targets and ensuring successful mobilization/ recruitment process
  • Ensure OPEX target setting for NSE VOIS Service Center & Verticals; own controls and governance for meeting the targets across all 3 centers
  • Own people agenda and Vodafone Spirit initiative across NSE VOIS Service Center & Verticals in accordance to local market requirements
  • Fulfill the duties of NSE VOIS Center Executive for VOIS Romania – manage locally specific people related topics for all VOIS Romania employees
  • Drive legal, risk and compliance for Data Protection aligned to VOIS guidances across NSE Verticals and Service Centres.

Core Competencies

  • Understanding of Network engineering and operations for fixed and mobile across all technology areas and its business value chain
  • Have worked in GCC (Global Capability Centres) / shared services organization and have ability to manage matrix reporting structure
  • Have international, multi cultural work environment exposure in the last two assignments
  • Working knowledge of business finance and international accounting principles.
  • Have managed successfully end to end transformation programs
  • Technology University Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering is a must
  • High competency business English langauge knowledge.
  • Certified PMP or PRINCE2 and Scrum Master is a plus.
