Your day to day:

Responsible for the management of risks identified in IT applications and systems (software, infrastructure, network) used by Vodafone customers and initiates actions to identify and implement corrective and preventive technical solutions (modifications on IT applications and systems).

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Maintaining and updating the NAO Risk Register
  • Organising regular sessions with Risk Owners in NAO to update existing risks
  • Risk Assessment activities with Risk Contacts to assess, categorise and prioritise new risks
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports to show Risk status across NAO to share with NAO stakeholders and the wider risk community

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve results
  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels - ability to interface effectively, and professionally challenge as appropriate
  • Ability to analyse complex situations in detail and operate with clarity
  • Experienced on BMC ITSM Remedy system, managing Tasks, CRQ, Incident/Service Request.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
  • ITIL framework knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years work experience, mainly in IT area
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team worker
