Short Description


  • Proactively contribute to shaping the vision of IoT Services for business customers
  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy on IoT Services (Internet of Thing, Machine to Machne, NarrowBand IoT, others) for business customers.
  • Drive the strategty to increase market penetration,revenues and service penetration.
  • Monitor and control product profitability, customer satisfaction and performance vs. targets
Long Description

Key Responsabilities:

  • Assume responsibility for market share, service penetration, P&L and customer satisfaction for IoT Services
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customers needs
  • Define the requirements for insights and marketing research for IoT Services
  • Monitor competition for IoT Services with the support of segment/channel teams. Lead competitive analysis for IoT Services.
  • Assess market potential, define product strategy and develop the marketing plan for IoT Services across segments. Define market-share, acquisition, churn and penetration objectives where applicable, across segments. Ensure accurate input to the recurrent company budget and forecast.
  • Ensure cross-functional cooperation and communication with all operational groups involved in the execution of the product strategy. Assess and secure resources required for the product plan and develop clear and efficient interfaces with other operational units.
Long Description
  • Define and implement the pricing strategy and tactics for the product with the pricing and segment teams. Lead pricing implementation (PLC) for the product with the support of internal teams.
  • Ensure customer experience objective are met for IoT Services across segments ; provides recommendation for customer support operating model for IoT Services
  • Define the go to market plans with segments and channels teams. Develops briefs for selling tools (sales speech, presentation material, tools, etc.), training and communication for IoT Services together with Segments.
  • Develop tactical plans and programs with the segments and Customer Value Management teams to fulfill acquisition, retention and revenue targets. Contribute to development of regional strategy.
  • Provide recommendation for commissioning/incentive schemes and budget for IoT Services.
  • Contributes to definition of quartely/monthly acquisition and churn targets across channels for IoT Services
  • Constantly track and analyze KPIs and performance for IoT Services and initiate corrective actions as needed.

  • Product development/management experience with a TelCo
  • Relevant IoT Services experience
  • Technical background in IoT services like: Internet of Things, Machine to Machine, NarrowBand IoT and connectivity services (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
  • Field related experience: 5-8 y
  • Job related experience:  3-5 y
