Your day to day:

  • Coordinate and act as an escalation point for all PMs/EDMs that deliver projects for CPS & VBPS.
  • Manage the full portfolio of Network Strategy and Engineering  projects, commercial or technology driven, delivered by NSE for VBP&S and  CP&S.
  • Empowered as single point of contact towards all corresponding VBP&S and CP&S product  stakeholders (managers and staff level) for all aspects related to project delivery, G0 to G6.
  • Collaborates tightly with corresponding Engagement Executive and Business Relationship Manager to ensure optimum interfacing with aforementioned Group entities and the satisfaction of all corresponding stakeholders.

Main Activity:

  • Accountable for projects delivered for VBP&S and CP&S by all Integrated Cluster Delivery team members and all cross-departmental projects with EDM’s in other GN departments (>40 projects / year, out of which around 10+ projects simultaneously).
  • Ensures project change management & risk management towards aforementioned Group entities , for issues related to project delivery. Reports resource allocation or other cross-departmental issues to vertical departments / EDU Managers involved.
  • Ensures appropriate stakeholder management: raises potential alarms to Head Of / Engagement Executive / EDU Managers for issues related to specific projects.
  • Ensures projects are delivered following the agreed Group Network PM methodology / process: steps, documentation, tools.
  • Provides performance management feedback for all Engineering Delivery Managers under his/her projects portfolio.

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • Have experience in collaborating with NTW Technical Delivery managers or in delivering projects for NTW domains
  • Be familiar with NTW architectures, platforms and 4G, 5G technologies
  • Process & project management skills
  • People management experience, in a virtual environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong collaboration skills harnessed towards delivering the right outcomes for Vodafone and our customers
  • Ability to negotiate and adapt, to achieve optimum balance of result, accommodating requirements from often contradicting sources
  • University degree
  • Basic training/knowledge of network architecture
  • PM qualifications
  • Financial acumen is a plus.
