Role Purpose

Analyses costs and competitive trends in benefits programs, improves existing programs and supervises and monitors benefits administration for _VOIS EU locations. Prepares data and participates in surveys. Develops administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve delivery of programs. Supports benefit program and policies involving research, analyses, development of modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet organization objectives and needs.

Main Activity

  • Maintain job descriptions’ library
  • Liaising with third-party vendors and finance teams on invoicing and good receipting
  • Car fleet management including checking invoices, tracking budget, liaising with employees on available budget
  • Oversee benefits enrolment and management
  • Administration of various benefits programs, review and communicate benefits to employees in various channels
  • Create reports for Finance and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Core Competencies

  • 3 years’ of Reward Analyst or Finance controlling experience
  • Compensation and benefits knowledge and experience
  • Vendor management is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal, listening, writing, and communication skills.
  • Structured and focused
  • Negotiation skills
  • Teamwork
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or HR.
