Your day to day:

  • Accountable for  design, development and deployment of systems and complex and versatile solutions across  the European markets and Group functions in line with business needs and the domain's  and vertical's strategy.  
  • Accountable to manage the entire Lifecycle of  the systems and solutions in area of accountability, including Identification of technical synergy potentials and derivation of recommendations for action. 
  • Independent and responsible execution of complex and strategic  programs & projects and lead of multinational and cross domain working groups . 
  • Independent and autonomous development of technical concepts for special tasks and presentation to expert gremiums and management circles. 

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Analyses and evaluates  the business requirements  in accordance with the Demand Management Process and translates into them into Solution Designs.  
  • Development of technical concepts for complex challenges and creation of decision tempates for domain and cross domain management bodies.  
  • Demand management on Assurance integrations with E2E view 
  • Align technical solutions with stakeholders and specify technical solutions 
  • Define & Develop further automations 
  • Define integration solutions based on open technology KAFKA 
  • Tracks the entire project lifecycle,  coordinating and steering suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process. 
  • Ensures that the (agile) deliveries are always in line with the technical design and customer expectations. 
  • Accountable for effective Release Management and Capacity Management for accounted systems.  
  • Accountable for project / program delivery in time, quality and budget. Actively evaluates opportunities to optimise the design & delivery process and proposes respective improvements measures. 
  • Efficient control and steering of the technical deliveries of external suppliers, alignment of product roadmap with businesses & domain's strategy. 
  • Continuous alignment of business strategies with solution & product roadmap and active consultancy of business stakeholders how innovative solutions can contribute to  their efficiency increase and cost optimization.  

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • More than 5 years working experience in project management in OSS, ideally with Fault Management/Service Management systems, ideally with HP TeMIP and/or IBM Netcool 
  • Experience with  Remedy Ticketing Systems, ESB 
  • Good skills in – and understanding of development of software for KAFKA integrations 
  • Distinct conceptual and analytical thinking and working. 
  • Goal and team-oriented working method., high level of empathy and cultural awareness 
  • Professional leadership competence for the decisive shaping of special topics and strategic concepts tailored to the target audience.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills  
  • Customer centric and systematic way of working 
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver excellent  results and to initiate & drive change 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus 
  • At least 5 years professional experience  in  telecommunication or IT 
  • Very good knowledge of IT standards and innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Certifications desirable. 
  • Good knowledge of Agile working methods (i.e. Scrum). 
  • Proven track record in managing large and complex projects and programs
