As part of our Global Storage Support Team, you will be involved in:

Researching and evaluating all storage technologies, understanding exactly how they operate and how they will succeed or fail in our unique environment
Participate in complex activities focusing on proper time management and provide equal contribution within the team on managing daily tasks and projects
Design and develop complex configurations for our storage infrastructure on our global environment
Root cause analysis assistance during complex issues (including coordination & involvement of third party resources/vendor/multiple teams ) to ensure elimination of underlying causes of incidents
Responsible of supporting Vodafone’s key business applications as customer care, billing, e-commerce, SAP, cloud
Develop procedures and documentation to ensure successful transition of storage platforms into operational support
Contribute to our automation initiatives, having the opportunity to develop new ideas that will add value in our ways of working
Assure 24hx7 support through planning of proper on-call duty and using external vendor involvement as required

Dell EMC enterprise and midrange storage
Hitachi enterprise storage systems
NetApp – ONTAP
Pure Storage
Huawei Data Storage Systems
Good knowledge on Cisco and Brocade SAN administration
Unix, Linux, Windows administrations
