Your day to day:

  • Build a high performing Service Delivery & Support team, including recruitment, training, coaching and management of a team of specialists.
  • Develop of key project delivery processes and policies that could standardize different portfolios’ activities. Development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to drive performance.
  • Define, design and implement a governance and support new Projects / Initiatives implementation and insure Continuous Service Improvement at all operational levels.
  • Track the performance of the team and take responsibility for corrective actions and continuous improvement by driving an agenda of embedding simplicity and where possible, automation.

Daily activities:

  • Manage a team of 7 to 15 Project/Process/Service/Application Manager. Coach and mentor the junior members of the team
  • Continuously improve the ways of working, ensuring efficient delivery. Assign, track and monitor tasks till completion.
  • Manage the actions and work with stakeholders across the business that delivery impacts are mitigated
  • Operational and management reporting for the team activities
  • Identify, mitigate or escalate, report and monitor risks to their full resolution, so that business impact is minimal
  • Complex multicultural stakeholder management

Mandatory skills:

  • University degree in management, computer science/ electronic / telecommunications/engineering/management/ communication/economics.
  • Certification or in-depth knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Certification or knowledge of Prince 2  PMP, Agile, SAFE or similar
  • Budgeting & finance
  • Project/Service Management experience
  • People Management
  • Stakeholders & Communication Management
  • Strong organisational and co-ordination skills
  • Strong understanding of how to structure Service and performance management and techniques in a practical way to support Service and Projects delivery models
