Job Scope

Assures support to the rollout and lease teams:

  • to resolve any problems raised through direct contract with contractors or owners
  • to update database used in daily activity TIMS/SharePoint
  • in authorization process for all the works undertaken
  • in auditing
  • by transmitting to VOIS all information concerning contracts and invoices templates
  • by entering documents in SharePoint / TIMS as required
  • by issuing purchase orders and respectively posting good receipts

     

Responsibilities

  • Authorization process
  • Auditing process
  • Sending information to VOIS
  • Entering documents into TIMS/SharePoint according to requests
  • Issuing PO’s & posting GR’s
  • Complete data basis/TIMS
  • Support for departments/owners

Deliverables

  • Documents corresponding to internal processes of administering services contracts
  • Obtaining approvals for different technical works
  • Correspondence with contractors
  • Up to date & accurate information input in our informatic system

Requirements

  • Good commaned of Ms Office Package
  • Univeristy degree
  • English language - medium level
  • Strong team work skills
  • Written & verbal communication skills
  • Eye for details
