Your Day to day:

To be responsible with the successful coordination of the project process activities to integrate customer requested applications in the production and support IT Systems. The aim is to obtain the right balance between speed, cost and minimum operational impact activities by analyzing, planning, coordinating and monitoring the necessary teams and systems within customer’s IT environment. The result will be the support activation of the customer’s application and equipment.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Acts as  Single Point of Contact in the projects, coordinates all specific process activities for day to day activities and status.
  • Initiates Software  application integration by centralizing the requests and providing consultancy services on the mandatory Service Levels for each specific service
  • Plans and coordinates the transition process for the IT support services, belonging to local or global organizations, to the operations teams with permanent control over the costs. In order to achieve this goal, will plan the solution and the process to implement the application.
  • Executes the service support activation in all necessary systems by coordinating the necessary teams and resources, may them be internal or external
  • Monitors and controls the quality of the implemented applications in accordance with the business requirements with the support of the agreed KPI’s
  • Delivers the IT applications architecture in the IT support system, the incident management and the GO Live documents together with the official GO Live announcement

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Fluency in English( writing/speaking)
  • Familiarized with ITSM Remedy
  • Good understanding of the Telecommunications and IT Market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills, relationship skills
  • Good understanding of ITIL methodology
