Your day to day:
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">1st Line Operations of Vodafone NL Network in a multi-vendor environment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Monitors and maintains Vodafone NL Infrastructure and Access part of the network, dispatches 3rd party personnel, performs periodical reports and follow up in order to reach the agreed Network and NOC KPI’s.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Answering phones calls and e-mails from stakeholders professionally.
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Monitoring of the Vodafone NL Infrastructure Network (Power, Temp, AC, and Access) using umbrella fault management systems and specific NMS’s.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Answer incoming calls and provide access on different locations to Field engineers.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Call field engineers every time when the procedure requires
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Route calls to appropriate resources
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Dispatch field engineers and contractors in case of incidents that need local support and follow up the issue until is resolved.
With these skills, you are a great candidate:
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">High school diploma or equivalent
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Team work oriented
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Good knowledge of English
