Your day to day :

Responsible for ensuring Group Policy & Regional regulations are followed in the Records Management process including the development, implementation, and maintenance of record retention schedules and the development of training materials across _VOIS EU centres.

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business :

  •  Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper implementation and adherence of policies and procedures for Record Management & Retention in VOIS EU centres
  • Serve as a records management & retention subject matter expert in providing guidance on lifecycle management of documents
  • Maintain efficient processes to help drive consistency and standardization
  • Ensures Record Management queries are dealt with promptly and works with stakeholders to develop goals for the Records Management and Retention
  • Create training materials & train the relevant stakeholders and the user community
  • Contributes to the achievement of team and area objectives
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities that result in operational efficiency and improved performance

With these skills, you are a great candidate :

  • Relevant experience in Records Management & Data Retention activities for min. 5 years preffered
  •  English – advanced level both speaking and writing
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in an effective manner with stakeholders from various backgrounds/ hierarchies
  • Details oriented
  • Ability to work independently for the allocated areas but also to collaborate with the corresponding members for the other centers.
  • Ability to manage a high workload, to work independently and plan work to meet deadlines
  • A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with the other corresponding team members from the other VOIS centres and Group
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • English – advanced level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
