Role Purpose

  • Design employee experience frameworks and develop personalized experiences to address pain points and create moments of glory
  • Create and manage our ways to measure and assess engagement (i.e. surveys); work with data to derive actionable insights from the voice of our employees; drives a data-driven approach to employee experience and helps inform all actions across the employee experience plan
  • Create proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental well-being
  • Build a culture of trust and belonging
  • Assess the impact that people practices (incl management practices) and policies have on the employee experience, and recommend improvement actions
  1. Drive our HR Digital Transformation journey, by seizing digitalisation opportunities, recommending digital tools and leading development and implementation together with Digital Business_VOIS and the broader HR Function.
  2. Coordinate regular dashboard updating in the areas of – not exhaustive list:
    • People Engagement & Spirit
    • Diversity
    • Wellbeing
    • Onboarding, exit and other key moments along the employee lifecycle.

Main Activity

  • People Engagement: Ensure Employee Experience Excellence along the Employee Life Cycle journey
  • Data insights: coordinate all feedback mechanisms and platforms, use data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement and innovation in the employee experience field
  • HR Digital Transformation: ensure progress of HR digital transformation by seizing internal digitalization opportunities, leading by example and acting as a test bed for global digital initiatives.

In addition to the above, the role might be required to offer support to the Employer Branding work stream:

  • Resourcing & Employer Branding: Become the employer of choice in the IT&S industry, in all centres we operate by 2023.

Core Competencies

  • Understanding of the _VOIS strategy and Big Shifts
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on HR roles in multinational organisations
  • Experience working in global teams, matrix environment is an advantage
  • Digital and technology acumen, experience of using Office 365 and data analytics. AI acumen is an advantage.
  • Design Thinking and UX experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of Technology industry and trends
  • 2-3 years of experience working in project teams and coordinating deployment of project deliverables.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to engage with senior leadership/executive levels
  • Good project management skills
  • Process improvement acumen, Six Sigma qualifications are a plus.
