Job Responsibility

What will you do:

  • Constantly analyzing and monitoring the activity of sales channels managed by the Consumer - Channel Management sub-department, in order to determine the optimal potential of distribution costs for each sales channel, each service / product distributed, using specific tools in Business Intelligence . (e.g Excel Macro, Power Pivot, Tableau, qlik sense);
  • Assure a proper budgeting for each product line volumes and commissions : input for the financial budgeting process communicate & agree key drivers with relevant stakeholder, constantly monitoring actuals vs. budget;
  • Planning commissioning schemes changes and relevant promotions that could improve our sales performance and profitability;
  • Constantly analyzing (daily, weekly, monthly) the performance of sales channels in terms of productivities , revenues, costs, margin ;
  • Acquire feed-back from sales department and adapt it for the specific channel programs accordingly;
  • After Business case creation, approve quickly all the changes in the commissioning schemes with Sales, Finance, Legal and HR department;
  • Manage ad hoc requests from direct management.


You are a great fit if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Commercial/Finance departments with specific abilities of analyzing, adapting, and coming with relevant insights reflected in recommendations that could boost Sales performance and deliver Cost optimization in channels;
  • Relevant knowledge with Excel, Power point. Power Pivot, Tableau, Qlik sense will be a plus;
  • Bachelor's and Master degree in Economics/Finance;
  • The ability to take the lead in internal negotiations and equally ready take over in external negotiations.
