Your day to day:

The role is responsible to support the Senior Leadership Team member of CIS to ensure efficient and effective delivery management.

That includes supporting, consulting, mentoring, facilitating and driving the CIS organization through the delivery cycle and interacting as central a SPOC for CIS Senior Leadership team.

Daily activities:

  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team members within CIS organization in their day-to-day activities;
  • Interact as a central SPOC for CIS Leadership Team;
  • Create on regular basis presentations related to strategic initiatives and programmes for the senior leadership layers;
  • Support the preparations for strategic review meetings (. monthly service review, quarterly SLT review, management team workshops, etc.)

Mandatory skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an IT environment;
  • Well-developed technical understanding across a broad range of IT topics;
  • Experience of working in large multi-national, matrix-based organisations;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong experience in engaging with Senior Leadership;
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management operational procedures and process standards  (ITIL)
