Role Profile


Supports the management team in defining and implementing the yearly Human Resources plan and in driving transformational invitiaties correlated with the business strategy of the company. Acts as a change agent and a reliable partner for the management team, contributes to impriving the succession plans and talent management and implements the organisational efficiency strategy.

Main Activity


Business Partnering

  • To establish trust-based relationships with the function management and acts as a consultant for them
  • To anticipate potential problems related to the employees of the functions he/she servers and to cooperate with the managers and expertise centeres for drafting a adjusment plan.

People Plan and Project Planning

  • To develop the HR yearly plan for the managed function, with a focus on increasing the employees’ level of satisfaction, improving talent management and organisational efficiency. To ensure that the management team of the function is updapted on the HR calendar throughout the year.
  • To coperate with the HR expertise centres for planning communication and implementing the HR activities which request the involvement of the managers from his/her function.
  • To draft the action and implementation plans for delivering the HR plan in his/her function. To manage functional and inter-functional projects for reaching the objectives of the plan.

Organisational efficiency

  • To provide consultancy to the management team of the function on organisational design topics for a corect establishing of the functions in order to deliver the business objectives.
  • To ensure the fulfilment of the organisational efficiceny objectives - spans, layers, number of employees, salary budget etc.
  • To ensure the interface with the global functions (e.g. vertical functions) for alignment and support in delivering the global objectives.

  • Good English and Romanian knowledge
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR in a large company.
