What will you be doing? 


As a Client Sales Specialist you will need to ensure a high quality of work is provided by yourself and your colleagues through your specific technical skills or expertise:


•    Provide a high quality of service and ensure your work is completed accurately whilst delivering a great customer service
•    Select and take the best action based on all the facts available
•    Provide informal guidance and support to new team members as required


  
Who are we looking for?


Someone who can influence decisions through council or advice using specific skills and expertise:


•    Good understanding of how your team collaborates and works with others in accomplishing your objectives 
•    Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team
•    May require a university degree and/or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
•    Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange complex information
