Description

The Business Intelligence (BI) delivers Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, which play a key role in strategic planning and allow the organisation to gather, store, access and analyse business data to inform decision-making. The Business Intelligence Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in ensuring the business receives a great information service that is central to their commercial decision making and growing the reliability and creativity of BI�s solutions and services. They perform detailed data analysis, implement dashboards and ensure decision support systems are in place that best serve the business in their decision making, whilst adhering to Standards, policy and legislation. Typically reports to the Business Intelligence Manager. #_VOIS

Job Responsibility

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

  • Basic Knowledge of BI tools such as Business Objects, SSRS, Microstrategy or Qlikview
  • Must have expertise in Telecom Domain
  • Knowledge on basics of DWH and exposure to BI projects
  • Basics of RDBMS with knowledge of SQL
  • Capture, analyse and organise large volumes of work and prioritise across them.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to draw conclusions from detailed data sets and confidently communicate this back to senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in requirements analysis, specifically the challenge and validation of data capability and reporting requirements
  • 4+ Years of total industry experience preferably in telecom environment, with exposure to Strategic/analytics roles
