Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
• Oversees maintenance of digital and offline operational reports and dashboards for Group Stakeholders
• Produces weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual/ad-hoc reports
• Implement monthly customer and metadata change request ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports  
• Support  process related developments (e.g. reporting automation process, data warehouse implementation) 
• Create ad hoc report/extract requests to support the business on decision making
• Supports the maintenance, collection, storage and security of data
• Work in collaboration with other organizations and functions in BI team to ensure smooth month end activities 
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Finance/ Accounting/ Reporting experience  - Required
•    Advanced Microsoft program skills (MsExcel, MS Access, etc) - Required
•    Use of reporting systems such as Essbase, HFM, SAP  - Advantage
•    Good understanding of BI technology and techniques (data visualization and reporting tools  like QlikView / QlikSense ) - Advantage
•    Visual basic knowledge (VBA) 
•    Telecom experience (advantage) 
•    SQL coding experience & database management (advantage)
•    Fluent English
•    Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders 
•    Excellent problem solving skills 
•    Ability to drive changes
•    Accuracy, attention to detail
