Description

To be responsible for delivery, apt order creation of all orders that are raised within Global Provide to be delivered into the VF UK region. To collaborate with team members, stakeholders and colleagues to drive continuous improvement in the area of influence and ensure that the team KPIs are met at all times. Drive any project or improvement ideas to improve the overall team KPIs and productivity.

Main purpose of the role is to be able to document standard operating procedures, create LWIs and recommend process improvements as per any visible process gap or automation opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Strong service design background
  • Process writing and understanding
  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation & Consultancy skills
  • Ability to understand customer journey encompassing Fulfilment, Assurance and billing and Processes in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of product requirements
  • Awareness on Order Management / Service Provision processes - Service Assurance processes would be good.
  • Exposure working on UC (Unified Communications), Contact Centre and IPVPN products would be good.
  • Understand  Fulfilment, assurance and Billing Functions and Processes in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of product requirements
