Role purpose

The job holder will be Solution Sales Specialist for Vodafone’s Data Networking & Fixed Telephony Solutions (Data leased lines, Internet leased lines, IP VPNs & Vodafone’s portfolio of Telephony services) for large private sector customers, in cooperation with the business sales teams and the commercial partners. 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

•    Perform daily customer visits, enquire with customer IT decision makers & analyse customer technical requirements to propose the most suitable solution/product. 
•    Liaise thoroughly with internal and external technical and marketing departments for the creation of technical - commercial proposals
•    Presentation of services and solutions to customers
•    Handling the cooperation with selected  “key” customers 
•    Achieve through cooperation and support of Vodafone’s business account managers the  commercial targets 
•    Inspire and ignite attention to Vodafone’s offer of Fixed  Services and Solutions 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

•    Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
•    Experience in the design of solutions and technical writing for telecom services
•    Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners. 
•    Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external collaborators & customers
•    Strong results orientation and flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
•    Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•    University degree in Telecoms or IT
•    Excellent command in writing and speaking of both Greek and English language

•    Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications or IT
