Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent & Skills Acquisition team, we are seeking for a Resourcing Consultant, who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects, serving a business unit.

Key accountabilities and ownership:

•    Drives sourcing and selection strategies to successfully meet required skills and behaviours at any time
•    Builds a pipeline of talent through researching and sourcing passive candidates
•    Interviews internal and external candidates, using competency based methodology and a variety of tools and platforms
•    Delivers end-to-end recruitment projects, combining research skills with strong judgement ability, ensuring both speed and quality of hires
•    Adopts researcher mentality, making an impact in external and internal communities and continuously searching for the best fits for the role
•    As a member of the agile resourcing chapter, collaborates with other internal recruiters, co-working on common special projects , youth resourcing programs and employer brand initiatives, as well as sharing knowledge and tools that ensure best-in-class recruitment quality standards, processes and methodology 
•    Promotes innovation and continuous improvement within her/his area of practice
•    Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates, line managers and HR team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
•    Keeps track of recruiting KPIs and reports to drive HR and business decisions
•    Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial screening to hiring and even on boarding 
•    Represents Vodafone in job fairs, recruitment events and employer branding initiatives 

Skills & competencies:

•    Strong organisational skills in effectively managing multiple projects in fast changing environments
•    Strong relationship management, advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 
•    Resilience, genuine curiosity, restless desire for deeper research and improvements, making the difference for her/his internal and external customers
•    Robust online presence and familiarity with social media, databases and professional networks  (i.e. Linkedln, github etc)
•    Combination of speed and quality of deliverables
•    Creativity to identify new opportunities in attracting and recruiting candidates
•    Experience in agile methodology and environment will be an asset
