Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. We are seeking for a Recruitment Lead, who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical recruitment projects, while managing the performance and development of the recruitment team’s members. Acting as a “chapter lead” and role model for Recruiters who serve different domains, she/he will be facilitating the daily synchronization of the team, meeting recruiting KPIs and ensuring functional excellence and common quality standards.

Key accountabilities and ownership:

•    Drives sourcing and selection strategies to successfully meet required skills and behaviours at any time
•    As a senior recruiter, delivers end-to-end recruitment projects for critical portfolios of roles, ensuring both speed and quality of hires
•    Acts as servant leader for skills and performance development of the team’s members, helping them grow and increase their productivity in delivering value to stakeholders 
•    Ensures professional standards/work methodology in the team and processes of interaction, transfer of knowledge and tool sharing among the members of the team
•    Promotes innovation and continuous improvement within her/his area of practice
•    Develops and maintains strong relationships with line managers, suppliers, wider HR community, and team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
•    Keeps track of recruiting metrics and reports to drive HR and business decisions

Skills & competencies:

•    Strong organisational skills in effectively managing multiple projects in fast changing environments
•    Strong relationship management, communication & coaching skills 
•    Excellent facilitation and problem solving skills, helping the team manage conflicts and challenges
•    Making a personal difference / advanced interpersonal skills and resilience
•    Robust online presence and familiarity with social media, databases and professional networks  (i.e. Linkedln, github etc)
•    Experience in agile methodology and environment will be an asset 
•    Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Connect people with our brand!
•    Creativity to identify new opportunities in attracting and recruiting candidates

Must have professional qualifications:

•    5 years of solid experience in recruiting (agency or in-house), preferably in Digital organizations 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek & English)
