Role purpose:

MarTech Specialist is a marketing technologist who designs and delivers personalization techniques that support efficient digital marketing activities. By understanding business needs and priorities, MarTech Specialist translates requirements into personalisation strategies, makes data-driven decisions of how to setup a variety of digital marketing tools to effectively target customer audiences in owned channels and paid media.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Designs and maintains high performing customer audiences by exploiting data management tools and capturing data signals from various sources
•    Provide marketing intelligence and actionable insights to internal stakeholders by exploiting customer behaviour
•    Design and deliver personalized targeting techniques to meet campaign goals 
•    Funnel creation to monitor and analyse campaign performance and results to internal stakeholders
•    Support digital campaign experience for selected audiences by digesting contextual information and marketing automations
•    Execute conversion rate optimisation activities, such as A/B or MVT testing
•    Execute user experience and customer feedback analysis through heat map, analytics and surveys tools to provide insights on user journey optimizations
•    Execute keyword research & on-page optimizations to achieve top notch search engine optimizations (SEO)
•    Design and execute integration strategies for marketing tools via effective tag management

Functional skills, experience & knowledge:

•    MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Studies combining technical savviness 
•    2-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Personalisation, or similar role
•    Technical savviness in digital channel operations
•    Expertise on Google/Adobe Analytics
•    Savviness over Personalisation or A/B testing tools, i.e. Adobe Target, Optimizely, Optimize
•    Knowledge of audience building tools (DMP) will be considered a plus
•    Platform certifications will be a plus
•    Knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, SEMRush
•    Understanding of tag management system (Google or Tealium)
•    Understanding of HTML / CSS / Cookies / JavaScript / jQuery
•    Experience working with internal and external business partners, driving and completing concurrent projects on time and within budget 
•    Experience and knowledge of the Telco industry strongly preferred
•    JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience preferred
•    Excellent usage of Excel
